Tomorrow's the first day of the Lunar seventh month. In others words, all our 'brothers' are coming up to pay us the yearly visit. ^^ Haha, got super frightened during hmt extra lesson cause we were talking about the seventh month and what you're not supposed to do. Ah, no more waking up alone at 0530 in the morning to bathe. (!!) I swear I'll drag my kor up just to walk to the bus stop every morning. ^^ And I'll bring my rosary every where I go. Wear it around my neck constantly.So, according to Wiki (hence, take it with a pinch of salt), the 13th day of the seventh month is called Ghost Day (Wear rosary/jade/buddha beads/carry Bible). And Yes 93.3 fm was playing some songs to avoid singing during the seventh month, lest anything happen to you. Such as.. 1. leon lai - jin ye ni hui bu hui lai 2. jacky cheng - hao jiu bu jian 3. 5566 - hao jiu bu jian 4. eason - hao jiu bu jian 5. kit chan - tian leng jiu hui lai etc etc, you get my meaning. So anyway, there are still countless of things not to do during the seventh month. Like don't go home too late (you never know..), don't turn back if someone calls you, don't swim etc. And just for luch, huat ah! ^^ |
